The 37th International Festival (IFEST) at UNCC will take you around the world in a day. On Saturday, Sept. 29 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., you can hear the sights and sounds from around the globe.
This annual festival will feature 50 booths representing cultural and community organizations from across the Charlotte area. Attendees will be encouraged to get a “passport” and interact with others by getting a stamp from different booths. Make sure you visit the Parade of Nations, which features the clothing styles and garments from many different cultures.
IFEST will also feature prepared foods for sale or tasting by more than 30 groups representing different countries. For more information, visit http://ifest.uncc.edu.
