21st Century Leadership Training
Speaker: Kwain Bryant
As Junior League of Charlotte, Inc. (JLC) members, we are expected to be strong leaders in the community as well as set an effective example of leadership. Strong leadership is essential for our League to continue being a successful and impactful organization. At the 21st Century Leadership Training event, members will learn how to understand their own capabilities and leadership style. They will gain an understanding of how they can effectively lead and make an impact. Motivational speaker Kwain Bryant is known for his energetic and enthusiastic presentations. At this training event, Mr. Bryant will educate JLC members by providing them with tools that will help them develop a vision, direction, and growth in both their personal and professional lives.
