The Junior League of Charlotte received an invitation from the Ronald McDonald House Young Professionals to attend a networking event with 14 area Young Professional societies. This event was held at Bubble and was orchestrated as an opportunity for local young professionals to gather and learn from one another. With over 150 in attendance, this event was a wonderful platform for JLC members to raise awareness about our mission to develop the potential of women and improve the community through effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
With our annual kickoff meeting just around the corner, this event was the perfect springboard into a focus on adding to our membership. We were able to actively recruit for new members, share invitations to attend our upcoming Open Houses, distribute 40 JLC Fact Sheets and make some lasting connections. We consider the networking event at Bubble a huge success and we look forward to more events in the near future!
