FDC is challenging all JLC councils /members to purchase tickets to the Belk Charity Day Event on May 2. The council that purchases the most tickets will get free wine & cupcakes at their next council meeting as a reward from FDC!
ABOUT THE BELK CHARITY DAY EVENT:
- Belk will hold its Spring Charity Day Sale benefiting local charities and nonprofits on May 2 from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at any Belk store. However, the event pre-sale has already started so you can get a head start on your Summer shopping! This ticket allows you take advantage of tremendous savings at their local Belk store.
- Each Belk Charity Day Event ticket holder will receive $5 off their first purchase at Belk and 15% – 70% (very limited exclusions) off all additional purchases from now until May 2.
- All items purchased during the pre-sale period prior to May 2 must be picked up in store on Saturday, May 2. JLC members are encouraged to take advantage of the pre-shopping for the best deals! Belk cardholders get even better deals!
- Each ticket is ONLY $5 and may be used at ANY Belk store (not for online purchases).
- All proceeds from our Belk Charity Day Event ticket sales will benefit the JLC!
HOW TO PURCHASE & PICK UP TICKETS:
- Belk Charity Day Tickets are on sale NOW at the League Building. Tickets can also be purchased on the JLC Website by clicking here. Physical tickets MUST be picked up from the League Building.
- Members are encouraged to purchase/pick up extra tickets from the League building then sell them to their friends, family, co-workers, etc. Remember, the proceeds go toward a good cause!
- The JLC staff will be tracking all ticket sales. To ensure your council gets credit for their purchases, members must provide their name and their committee name at the time of purchase. Contact Woozie Dell at the JLC Building to purchase and/or to pick up your tickets.
Remember, the council that purchases the most tickets by Saturday, May 2 will get wine & cupcakes at their May Council meeting!
