- October 5 – Race for the Cure
Make the change in season an opportunity to change a life. Run, walk, or even sleep in for the cure to breast cancer. See their website for registration details.

- October 12 – Fall Finale at the National White Water Center
Something for everyone! Enjoy the fall weather with a brisk 12K in the morning, followed by a day full of live music outdoors.
