Sprinkle inside and out with lemon juice and salt.
Combine remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Fill halves with cheese mixture and press halves together.
Wrap and chill in the refrigerator.
Cut into thick crosswise slices and lay on lettuce-garnished salad plate.
Allow one oval to each serving and top with the following mayonnaise dressing. Mayonnaise Dressing 1 cup sour cream 1/2 tbsp onion Dash cayenne pepper 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt to taste Blend, and serve as topping on avocado salad. This dressing is good on other salads too.
